4th quarter is always busy with the end of school rushing towards us.

Kindergarteners focused on painting symmetrical butterflies as well as learning about the lifecycle of butterflies.

1st grade ended the year with transferring water-color markers to create symmetry and butterflies as well.

2nd graders worked on shrink art based on a story they read in class, Winn Dixie. They made bottles and wrote a positive statement on each one.

3rd graders had the pleasure of having visiting artists teach workshops in painting.

3rd and 4th graders explored 3-D art by using craft sticks and paper strips to create fun abstract art or figures.

5th graders ended the year by creating self-portraits in any style we studied in art since they were in kindergarten.
